Electrochemical Oxidation Profile of Anthocyanin Keracyanin on Glassy and Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes

نویسندگان

چکیده

A study of keracyanin chloride (KC) electrochemical behavior in an aqueous buffer solution using screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) and glassy (GCEs) was performed. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) square-wave (SWV) were used to analyze the response KC under studied conditions. clear redox wave observed for KC, primarily due oxidation catechol 3′,4′-dihydroxyl group its ring B, with a minor from hydroxyl groups A. Compared GCEs, modified SPCEs resulted two-fold amplification signal KC. Using as working electrode could provide high sensitivity quantification ability gauge significantly lower detection limits.

Effect of pre-treatment on the surface and electrochemical properties of screen-printed carbon paste electrodes.

The effect of various electrochemical pre-treatment methods on the surface and electrochemical properties of screen-printed carbon paste electrodes (SPCE) prepared with three different commercial products was examined. It was observed that a positively charged redox couple, e.g., hexaammineruthenium(III), exhibited quasi-reversible behavior at the untreated SPCE. However, the cyclic voltammogra...

On the adsorption and electrochemical oxidation of DNA at glassy carbon electrodes *

New experimental results concerning the adsorption and anodic oxidation of DNA denatured in acid at glassy carbon electrodes using differential pulse, square wave and cyclic voltammetry, and impedance have been obtained, in the pH range O-12 and as a function of adsorption potential and time of adsorption. The assumption up until now of a completely irreversible oxidation of guanine and adenine...

Celiac disease detection using a transglutaminase electrochemical immunosensor fabricated on nanohybrid screen-printed carbon electrodes.

Celiac disease is a gluten-induced autoimmune enteropathy characterized by the presence of tissue tranglutaminase (tTG) autoantibodies. A disposable electrochemical immunosensor (EI) for the detection of IgA and IgG type anti-tTG autoantibodies in real patient's samples is presented. Screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE) nanostructurized with carbon nanotubes and gold nanoparticles were used ...

Electrochemical Characterization of Commercial and Home-Made Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes

Screen-printing technology is widely used for the mass-production of disposable electrochemical sensors. The practical utility of carbon screen-printed electrodes has been exploited, despite the fact that little is known about the nature of the electrode reactions. Electrochemical Oxidation of Sulfamethazine on Multi-Walled Nanotube Film Coated Glassy Carbon Electrode

The electrochemical oxidation of sulfamethazine (SMZ) has been studied at a multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT-GCE) by cyclic voltammetry. This modified electrode (MWCNT-GCE) exhibited excellent electrocatalytic behavior toward the oxidation of SMZ as evidenced by the enhancement of the oxidation peak current and the shift in the anodic potential to less posit...
